Use these quick resources to prepare for a conversation with Johnson Warehousing and understand how our services work. If you’re not sure where to start, the checklist below will help you organize the basics we’ll ask about on an intro call.
Use this checklist before you reach out to us (or any warehousing/3PL provider). You don’t need every answer, but the more you have, the faster we can design a solution.
Once you’ve checked through these items—even roughly—you’re ready for a productive conversation with our team.
Have answers to most of these? Request Warehouse Space, and we’ll walk through the details together.
We provide asset-based warehousing and 3PL services. That includes contract and shared storage, short-term and project-based storage, transloading and cross-docking, freight rework, fulfillment, drayage and final mile transport (in select markets), yard and trailer storage, and debris/disposal services. You can use a single service or combine several to create a complete program.
No. You’re not signing a real estate lease with us. Instead, we structure capacity and services as a warehousing/3PL program. That might be short-term, seasonal, shared, or longer-term contract warehousing, depending on your needs and volumes.
We operate warehouses in key U.S. markets, including New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Texas, California, Florida, Indiana, and Missouri, each serving a broad 60-mile radius (often more). Through Johnson Storage & Moving and our partner network, we can also support multi-market programs beyond those core cities.
Minimums depend on the mix of services, locations, and complexity. Some programs make sense with smaller footprints; others require a certain level of volume or commitment to be efficient. On an intro call, we’ll be upfront about whether a contract, shared, short-term, or a hybrid model is the best fit—or if we’re not the right fit at all.
It depends on the market, the amount of space you need, and the complexity of the program. Short-term or shared storage can often start faster than multi-site, integrated 3PL programs. If you share your locations, timelines, and volume estimates, we can tell you what’s realistic and where we can move fastest.
Yes. We can manage transportation through our own fleet and partners, work with your existing carriers and brokers, or blend both. The goal is to build a model that supports your cost, service, and control goals—not to force you into a one-size-fits-all setup.
We commonly support hospitality and FF&E, healthcare and medical, food service and restaurant chains, ecommerce and DTC brands, industrial and manufacturing companies, and broker/3PL partners—the common thread: multi-location operations and projects where timing and coordination really matter.

From there, we’ll outline whether we’re a good fit and what a first-phase solution could look like.
You don’t need everything perfectly mapped out before you talk to us. The checklist and FAQs are here to make the first conversation faster and clearer—not to slow you down.
